Investing in Black Male Achievement: 2014 Highlights

With the President's recent launch of My Brother's Keeper, the field of philanthropy is asking – how can we learn and do more? This free, half-day, funder-only convening was held on June 17 in New York City to provide knowledge to funders on how they can best leverage their resources to invest in what’s working to improve life outcomes for Black men and boys. The seven 2014 Black Male Achievement (BMA) Innovators presented their missions, goals, and achievements in 10-minute blocks.
